Returns & 30-day guarantee

If a part is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. Parts must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is on us when the part is worth more than the postage to send it back. We email you a prepaid USPS label; drop the package at any post office or collection box.

For inexpensive parts, where postage would cost as much as the part, we skip the return: you keep the part and we refund part of its price right away.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving, or immediately for keep-it partial refunds.

To start a return, sign in and open the order under My orders, reply to your order confirmation email, or write to support@x-spede.com with your order number.
