Text message terms

Program. x-spede.com order updates. When you tick "Text me x-spede.com order updates" at checkout, we send transactional text messages about that order to the mobile number you entered: an order confirmation, a shipping notice with tracking, and, if you request a return, the return label link. We do not send marketing texts.

Frequency. Message frequency varies by order, typically 2 to 3 messages per order.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can still get every update by email.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or write to support@x-spede.com.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
